Refund Policy

At UniExam we aim to provide clear, fair, and supportive services. If something goes wrong, this policy explains how refunds work.

 
When Refunds Apply

You may request a refund if:

  • We do not deliver the agreed service within the confirmed turnaround time.

  • The service delivered is not consistent with the requirements agreed in writing (usually by email).

  • We cancel a service before completion.

 
When Refunds Do Not Apply

Refunds are not offered where:

  • The brief or requirements are changed by the client after work has started.

  • The client does not provide the information or materials needed to complete the work.

  • Dissatisfaction is based on academic grades or institutional outcomes, which are outside our control.

  • The client misuses the service (e.g., submitting draft work as their own in breach of university rules).

 
Timeframe for Refunds
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 10 UK working days back to the original payment method.

  • Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery of the work.

 
Turnaround Clarification
  • Our “72-hour return” period begins after task requirements are confirmed in writing (not from the time of payment).

  • “72 hours” refers to working days only, and excludes weekends and UK public holidays.

 
How to Request a Refund
  1. Email info@uniexam.co.uk with your order ID and details of your concern.

  2. We will review your request within 5 working days.

  3. If approved, a refund will be issued within 10 working days.
