Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 22/09/2025
1. Nature of Our Services

UniExam provides academic support and consultancy services, including editing, advising, and skills development.

  • We do not supply completed essays or dissertations for direct submission.

  • All materials supplied are intended as drafts, study aids, or guidance documents only.

  • Clients remain fully responsible for tailoring, rewriting, and submitting their own original work in line with their institution’s rules.

2. Use of Materials
  • Any document, notes, or edited work delivered by UniExam must be treated as a draft.

  • Submitting our materials as your own assessed work, without significant adaptation, may breach academic integrity policies.

  • UniExam accepts no liability for any plagiarism, academic misconduct, or disciplinary action resulting from misuse of our services.

3. Turnaround Times
  • Express services (e.g., 72-hour turnaround) begin only after the client and UniExam have exchanged sufficient information and confirmed the task requirements in writing (usually via email).

  • The 72-hour period refers to working hours/days only. Weekends and UK public holidays are excluded.

  • Turnaround commitments depend on timely communication from the client (e.g., providing documents, clarifications, or feedback).

4. Refunds and Cancellations
  • Refund requests must be made in writing within 7 days of delivery.

  • Refunds will be processed within 10 UK working days if approved.

  • Refunds are not guaranteed where:

    • The client changes the brief after work has started.

    • The client fails to provide sufficient information.

    • The dispute relates to academic grades or institutional outcomes, which are outside UniExam’s control.

5. Limitation of Liability
  • UniExam provides guidance, not guarantees.

  • We do not warrant that use of our services will lead to any particular grade, award, or academic outcome.

  • Our maximum liability in any case will be limited to the total fee paid for the specific service in question.

6. Confidentiality and Data Protection
  • All client documents and communications are treated as confidential.

  • We comply with UK GDPR in handling personal data. For further details, please see our [Privacy Policy].

7. Governing Law
  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

  • Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

8. Changes to Terms
  • UniExam may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Clients are encouraged to review them regularly. Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Other Terms & Conditions
  • Payment terms: Payment must be made in advance via Wix checkout; late or failed payments may result in cancellation.

  • Communication expectations (clients must use their email address registered at checkout for official correspondence).

  • Intellectual property (IP in drafts transfers to client once paid, but UniExam retains the right to reuse anonymised learnings for training/internal purposes).

  • Force majeure (no liability if delays are due to events outside your control, e.g., illness, internet outages, strikes).
